Refund Policy

At Jecy Jewels, we take pride in the quality of our products. Returns must be initiated within 3 Days of receiving the goods. However, please note that jewellery showing signs of use or wear will not be eligible for return or replacement. Additionally, any returned jewellery must include all original packaging and tags to qualify for a return or replacement.

1. Returns Within 3 Days

Customers have the right to return a product within 3 Days of receiving it if any of the following conditions apply:

  • Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged, customers can initiate a return. An unpacking video is required.
  • Wrong Product Received: If the customer receives the wrong product (e.g., different model, size, or variant), they can request a return, an unpacking video is required

2. Unpacking Video Requirement

For Wrong item or Damage , customers must provide an unpacking video. This video should clearly show the unboxing process, including the condition of the product, any packaging damage, and any defects. The video serves as evidence for both the customer and our team

3. Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Signs of Usage or Wear: Jewellery that appears used, worn, or altered will be ineligible for return or replacement.

  • Minor Colour Variations: Colour differences due to lighting or screen settings will not qualify for return.

  • Missing Packaging/Tags: Returned items must include original tags, boxes, and packaging materials.

4. Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team via WhatsApp or phone within the 24-hour window. Provide your order details and explain the reason for the return.
  2. Submit Unpacking Video: Attach the unpacking video to your return request. You can upload it directly through our website or share a link to a cloud storage platform (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).
  3. Verification and Approval: Our team will review the video to verify the condition of the product. If everything checks out, we’ll approve your return.
  4. Return Shipping: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll process either a refund or a replacement, based on your preference.

5. Refund or Replacement 

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund or ship a replacement as per your request. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving the product.

5. Buyer’s Responsibility

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or receiving the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased from retail stores, and similarly online purchases cannot be returned to our retail stores.
